TEXAS WAGYU TexFest & Cookoff

At Blaine Stone Lodge, we are creating North Texas’ Premier Steak Cookoff and Texfest. We’ve partnered with Wagyu Excelente, one of the finest brands of American Wagyu beef, to create a fine dining event paired with specialty beers, wines and liquors.

GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS – (ages 15+) $49

Ticket includes access to Texplex Park and UTV Racing events for the day as well as the Blaine Stone Lodge Chefs Wagyu Prime Rib Dinner

CHILD ADMISSION TICKETS – (ages 6-14) $39

Ticket includes full day access to all Texplex Park events as well as the Blaine Stone Lodge Chefs Wagyu Prime Rib Dinner.

VIP tickets are $79.

Ticket includes access to all events at TexPlex Park and the Blaine Stone Lodge Wagyu Prime Rib Dinner, Hosted Open Premium Texas Bar from 3-8pm

COOKOFF – ENTRY FEE $175

(UP TO 4 PEOPLE PER TEAM)
We are inviting 100 Steak Cookoff Association (SCA) registered teams, including military and first responder teams, to compete in cooking (2) 14oz cuts Wagyu Excelente Ribeye steaks. All teams have a 4 hour window to cook. Start time is at 10 am with presentation at 2:30pm.
