FAQ

Can I bring my own food?

At Blaine Stone Lodge we provide all food and catering needs in-house. However, our culinary team dedicates themselves to make any of your special requests come to life!

What is your alcohol policy?

Blaine Stone Lodge provides for all of your beverage needs. Please ask your coordinator for our specialized drink packages- designed specifically for you!

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! Blaine Stone Lodge offers discounts for our Military and first responders. Thank you for all that you do!

Can I have both my ceremony and reception indoors?

Of course! Please keep in mind that events with an indoor ceremony AND reception usually require at least a partial space flip after the ceremony. We recommend utilizing our outdoor porch and patio for a cocktail hour in order to accommodate the space flip.

How does booking work?

Dates for Blaine Stone Lodge are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure a date, we must receive a completed and signed contract along with the venue room rental OR 25% of the bill, whichever is greater.

How many hours does the rental fee reserve the space?

Our rental fee reserves the full Blaine Stone Lodge venue for four hours. With an additional hour before and after to set up and tear down. For example, if you want your event to start at 3 pm you are allowed to start setting up on the property at 2pm. Your event will run from 3 pm-7 pm. And you must have everything you want cleaned out by 8 pm.

What if I want the venue all day?

No problem! That’s an additional $500 and will allow you on the property from 11 am-12 midnight.

Do You Offer Payment Plans?

Yes! Blaine Stone Lodge has divided our payment plan into three segments to help you budget! Here is how our payment plan is broken down:

With a signed contract we require a deposit of the venue room rental OR 25% of the bill, whichever is greater. 50% of the remaining balance is due 30 days after the initial payment, and event final payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event.

Are we responsible for tables, chairs, linens, plates, or silverware?

Blaine Stone Lodge provides tables- both 60 in’ and 72 in’, indoor and outdoor chairs, linens, plates, and silverwares.

Can I bring my dog?

We would love for you to bring your dog. However, we only allow certified service animals inside the venue.

Do you have any restrictions?

As much as we love to say yes to our guests, we do have a few restrictions. We do not allow confetti or silk flower petals to be thrown or outside vendors for food or beverage.
